Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We take great care in quality checking and packaging each product. However, refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product different from what you ordered.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Once verified, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or product defects.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
